This is a journal, just to say hi, and explain my love for the creative outlets in life.

Things I take special interest in:

I love to draw, preferably with a pencil. I took an art class (Just one) at my high school about a year ago. I learned a lot of things, that I added to what I already knew. I'm THANKFUL I took that class.

I like to color in coloring books. I'm rather good at it too. I normally fill the entire page with Crayola wonder. I'm picky about what I use. Why? Because I like certain results that only a certain source can provide.

I love to take photos of people. Not much of scenery person, I like to capture emotions in the face. Though I do like to take pictures of random seemingly interesting things from time to time for chits and giggles. I am very fond of the human face. The arch of the eyebrow, eye color, skin tone, lip definition... I have a weak spot for crooked white teeth as well. I find beauty in imperfections. Flaws make people gorgeous, for they are unique! You have it, you should ROCK it.

I like to "manipulate" the photos I take, or the stock I find provided here on deviantART. I've been doing it for around 2-3 years now. I just like to give my own personal tint of darkness to pictures. It's never really a big change, and it's not something I wouldn't consider extreme works of art. However, it's something I enjoy, and do as a pass time.

Music is an amazing thing. I love to sing, and write. Often times I write lyrics and never place a melody with them. I mend myself through this very process. I write how I feel. I write about it over and over until I'm bled dry. Writing is something I've always loved. I write how I talk, I do so very bluntly. I often use code names for people personally in my PERSONAL life. This is not to protect them. It's just something I like to do.

Hair/Makeup.
I love it. I always have. It's just pure good old FUN.

AS far as other's art is concerned. I am a VERY big fan of anyone with a natural knack for anything. Even though it comes, well.. natural to them. People who strive to take their born given goods and increase them I look upon fondly. I'm not a big fan of reading other's writing, unless it's a song and I'm looking up lyrics. This is because I can't hear the expression of what the person is portraying. HOWEVER, there are times I come across an expressive writer, that I feel a connection with. Which makes perfect sense.
